In the dissertational it has been experimentally proved and scientifically substantiated the concept of an expediency of the complex polylocus molecular genetic monitoring of populations of agricultural animals for hypervariability DNA loci and the methodology of a certification of gene funds on the example Sus scrofa and Apis mellifera for working out of scientifically substantiated strategies of the preservation and rational using of pedigree resources in Ukraine and increasing the potential of their productivity was created.
