The dissertation work is devoted to the substantiation problems of the theoretical-methodological fundamentals of studying youth non-special physical education by developing a conceptual model that provides theoretical, practical, axiological, motor and health-keeping components. The features non-special physical education students, the conditions and forms of its realization were outlined; specific principles (principles priority valued attitude of young people to physical culture, prolonged influence of motor activity in the educational young people activities), the prolonged influence teenagers sedentary life to the motor activity in the university years (18-20 years) were founded, the quantitative algorithm evaluation of youth non-special physical education were developed and proved in the form of an index, аn axiological foundation of non-special physical education junior and senior classes in the form of the project "Know the Values of Olympism" were worked out and experimentally proved.
