In dissertation research, consisting of problem and generalized experience of scientific comprehension of phenomenon self-perfection of personality is studied of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical idea. Grounded essence and structure of self-perfection of future specialists of social sphere as integral in relation to proof personality education. Found out maintenance and structure of self-education, self-education, actualization of future specialists of social sphere, as forms of professional self-perfection. In theory grounded and the model of process of self-perfection of future specialists of social sphere as descriptive analogue, which represents basic descriptions of object which is studied, is developed. Found out and grounded pedagogical terms which are instrumental in realization of model of process of self-perfection of future specialists of social sphere. Efficiency of model of process of self-perfection of future specialists of social sphere is experimentally tested in higher educational establishments. Methodical recommendations are developed from self-perfection of future specialists of social sphere. The system of the proper measures is offered, method of self-perfection in the process of professional preparation of future specialists of social sphere in higher educational establishments.
