Essay

The dissertation is the first in Ukraine to deal with the humanistic-cultural strategy of the philosophy of education in unity of the basic existential valuable concepts (a person, science, culture, art, way of thinking) aiming at the formation of the personality as the subject of culture. The author outlines philosophical anthropology, ontology, paradigmatic synthesis (humanitarian, polycultural, synergetic post- neoclassic polyparadigm. The general principles of knowledge comprehension in their progress are of great importance for the developing of cultural creative potential of the philosophy of education: personal estimation, cultural correspondence, coevolution, education fundamentalism, interdisciplinary, education and science integration. Moreover such principles that give the possibility to overview the cultural creativity of the subject of culture are mentioned. Among them are: antropism, passionarism,the interaction of the rational and irrational, transcendentalism, affirmation of freedom, cultural creativity.Within the extrapolation of the educational system it takes into account the demands of the standards and the innovational outlet of their boundary, makes the philosophy of cultural creativity, world-view humanitarian sense of the necessity of the subject of culture activity possible, especially under the controversial processes of globalization directed to the unification of a person. Being based on humanistic-cultural strategy of philosophy of education new conditions of overcoming the problems of science, culture and art estrangement from the education are made. It makes optimal educational changes in Ukraine in terms of learning, cognition, scientific innovation, competitiveness, giving the intention to polycultural communication preserving national identity as the reply to the challenges of modern civilization.
