Essay

The object of this study is the formation of the international competitiveness of human resources with the external environment changes in global transformations and in-country capacity of human resource management. The aim of the thesis is to develop a theoretical and methodological foundations of human resource management with the influence of global transformations on the development of the global labor market and on this basis - the integrity of the scientific concept of the formation of the international competitiveness of human resources in the context of globalization. Methods: dialectical knowledge, induction and deduction, systemic approach, comparison and others. The theoretical results are in the conceptual problem of providing the international competitiveness of human resources in the global labor market and improving the system of theoretical and methodological foundations of the international competitiveness of management of human resources in the global competition. Bottom line: The lie in the fact that the theoretical and methodological principles, findings and scientific and practical recommendations of the thesis are the scientific basis for the development of a national strategy for the management of human resources in accordance with the requirements of internationalized labor market. Scientific novelty: for the first time: development of the concept of strategic management of the international competitiveness of human resources, a coordinated approach to the management of human resources in the context of the global economic crisis, proposed scientific and methodical approach to determine the effectiveness of the organizational human resource management system, the necessity of formation of methodological and scientific-methodical bases cluster policy of international competitiveness of human resources of Ukraine improved: the paradigm of the international competitiveness of human resources, conceptual approach to performance management system of the international competitiveness of human resources have been further developed: the conceptual and categorical apparatus study of human resource management,organizational and economic framework of crisis management of human resources; conceptual and methodological basis for the development of human resources. The degree of implementation: this study implemented Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine, Donetsk Regional State Administration, the Regional Branch of the National Institute for Strategic Studies in Donetsk, Donetsk Chamber of Commerce, the Donetsk Regional Employment Center, Donetsk Regional Council of Trade Unions, CJSC "Ilyich Iron and Steel Works of Mariupol", JSC "Donetskstal" - Metallurgical Plant", and used in the training process of Donetsk National University. Scope: interdisciplinary.
