The global social system is examined as a world integral institualized system of societies, that system has societies as the elements of it, and has a structure of intercommunications between them; the content of institualized social system as the whole is examined as a result of mutual relations of contradictions of different institutional standards of the public living (in particular, economic, political, state, ideological). It is first formulated the globally-stage understanding of world social development as recreation of internal necessity of development - as not each socio-historical unit, taken separately, but only as aggregate of all those which existed in the past and that exist now socio-historical systems together.
