Essay

In dissertation meaningfulness of philosophical justification of the valued grounds is exposed for the choice of optimum functional mechanisms of implementation of democracy in Ukraine. It is determined the character of democracy as embodiment of values of the society opened to the changes on principle. It is found out the special features of modern wave of democratization. The critical comparative analysis of mechanisms of direct and representative democracy in Ukraine is given by the systemic valued analysis of basic modern forms of democracy. The threats of democratic development of Ukraine are specified both actually political and social. There are offered the valued criteria of political threats.
