The thesis is devoted to the study of patterns of structure formation of the urinary bladder during different stages of postnatal ontogenesis and clarification of the peculiarities of its morphofunctional changes when exposed to cold factor and in conditions of urethral obstruction with regard to the functioning of pro- and antioxidant systems. There was established the relationship between blood vessels, nervous and tissue elements of the bladder, which allowed to define the concept of histogenetic changes in postnatal period, as well as in a simulated pathology. During the study of the changes' dynamics in the urinary bladder, conditioned by influence of the general deep hypothermia, its thermolability and greater vulnerability in immature age had been determined. Acute disorder of urine outflow causes profound morphofunctional changes in the urinary bladder of animals of all age groups and with the increase of infravesical obstruction duration their irreversibility increases too.
