Us G. Modeling of knowledge management systems in higher education

The work formed the concept of modeling of knowledge management systems in schools, which is based on techniques of knowledge engineering, process-oriented systems analysis, artificial intelligence, performance management model and modeling of mental processes. The school knowledge management is presented through the life cycle of knowledge - gaining, assimilation, encoding, storage, processing, exchange and use in business processes in higher education. A set of models of different levels of abstraction, the model of collective behavior of agents in knowledge management systems in higher education are developed. A model of efficiency of knowledge management in universities on the basis of maximizing the utility function increased knowledge is found out.
