Kryvopishyn O. South-Western Railways on the walks of life of Ukraine in the second half of XIX century: experience of incorporation and structural transformations.

In the dissertation work determined the level of study of problem in the scientifically historical literature and is set, that it became the article of complex researches. There were selected the methodological approaches in determining of financial-economic and social influence of South-Western Railways on getting up of agricultural and industrial producing on the walks of life of Ukraine, which gave the possibility of complex evaluation of economic potential of the districts of gravitation. Also, there were discovered the problems of organizationally-legal and materially-technical providing of functioning of the joint-stock South-Western Railways, what allowed to improve the approaches of determining of their efficiency, management of transportation process and development of infrastructure (track facility and rolling stock). On the basis of the retrospective analysis of economic activity of railway transport in Russian Empire, in the second part of XIX century, the row of theoretical provisions about financial-economic necessity of organizational and structural transformations in joint-stock South-Western Railways, received it’s further development, that is actual on the modern stage of transformation changes in a national economy.
