The doctoral thesis is devoted to scientific research of the principles of judiciary, determination of the notion, system, legal background and structure of these principles. The forms of their realization in current legislation are analyzed. An original classification of the principles of judiciary is presented. These principles are divided in three groups: (а) basic (rule of law, legality, justice, humanity, equality before the law and court for all citizens, judicial independence, sovereignty of judiciary, integrity of judiciary, transparency of judiciary); (b) organizational principles of the structure of judiciary (access to justice, professional competence of judges, right of the party to the proceedings to appeal a decision rendered in his case); (c) procedural (adversary nature of the trial, publicity of the court procedure, court hearing within reasonable time, national language of the court procedure, collegial and sole arbitration of disputes, jury and assize trial, ensuring right for legal aid, obligatorily and justification of the court decisions).
