Nemyatykh O. Рlant use substances in technology of drugs with immunomodelling action for application in paediatrics

Dissertation is devoted to development of methodological approaches and scientific grounding of composition and development of industrial technology and standardization of new child immunomodulators, created on the basis of combination of biologically active substances of natural origin under the conditional names «Aflufit» in form of syrup and jelly and «Arofit» in form of tablets. As a results of physical, physico-chemical, farmacotechnological, microbiological and biological researches the composition and technology of drugs as syrup, jelly and tablets were grounded, administered for a prophylaxis and recovery of immune status in paediatrics. The properties of developed preparations were studied, the methods of control of their quality were offered, the terms and shelf-lives were established. Specific immunostimulative, antioxydant, hepatoprotective and stressprotective activity of drugs «Aflufit» and «Arofit» has been established, as well as their harmlessness proved. The projects of technological industrial regulations and methods of control of quality, pharmacopeial article of «Jelly» has been developed. The documents for state registration of the syrup «Aflufit» has been submitted to the Department of drugs registration and API of the SE «State expert center of MHS of Ukrainе» (registration number 101222-13/B-36).
