Essay

The aim of the research is creation of the system of identification of people having some ability to a certain type of activity, to provide an opportunity for them to gain professional knowledge and skills in the system of vocational educational establishments and competitive proficiency formation in the process of studying by means of taking part in different competitions based on human values, juridical and moral laws and rules. The author gives definition to theoretical basics of competitiveness formation which first of all comprise creation of common system of natural peculiarities identification on the stage of certain professional abilities analysis, professional applicability formation during study in vocational and training schools, gaining competitive proficiency in the process of continuous education and at work; and also it lies in organizing masters preparation in the system of higher education who are competent in the issues of competitive proficiency formation, including the subject on the problems of competitive proficiency formation into curricula of vocational education system, developing pedagogical techniques of competitive proficiency formation. On the basis of comparative analysis of scientific notions "rivalry" and "competition" there was determined that usage of scientifically grounded system of different forms and kinds of competition is the main way of competitive proficiency formation in educational process of vocational establishments. There were also analised the principles and motivation of competitive proficiency formation on the basis of different competitions, Olympiads, testings and rating assessments organizing on all levels of educational process (Ministry of Education and Science, regional Offices of Education, educational establishments). The research of the techniques of competitive abilities identification in professional elimination process was carried out. There was proved the necessity and developed organization and management model of future teachers preparation to competitive proficiency formation in vocational educational establishments. There was also developed the program "Competitive proficiency formation by means of competition in educational process" and testing materials for the use in credit-module system while teaching the theory of competition and its role in competitive proficiency formation to the students of vocational schools. On the basis of the effectiveness grounding of rational and pragmatic criteria and analysis of knowledge, motivation and reflection components the readiness of vocational schools students to competition as an important prerequisite of competitive proficiency before and after competitive methods and techniques usage was experimentally verified in the thesis.
