Object - the system of the post graduate pedagogical education; the purpose - the complex philosophical and educational analysis of the post graduate pedagogical education, the construction of the educational principles that will reply to the latest request of the post graduate pedagogical education in Ukraine; methods - systematical and activity, structure functional, acmeological, hermeneutical, phenomenological approaches; novelty - firstly in the native philosophical and educational discourse the systematical and activity approach to the analysis of the development of the modern post graduate pedagogical education was apply . From the point of view of such methodological approach the formation and development of the PPE (post graduate pedagogical education) is considered as natural phenomenon in the function and development of the education, as general phenomenon that exists in the complex relations with nature, society and man; the results may be used in the scientific research, teaching theoretical and practical activity of the pedagogical specialists; branch - philosophy of education.
