Transformation in the modern system of higher education is connected with the development and use of high pedagogical technologies. High pedagogical technologies are those technologies which are the product of pedagogical synthesis of the last achievements of humanitarian, technical, economic and other sciences, and also due to application of which in practice a total educational result on a few orders exceeds the efforts inlaid in a pedagogical process.The features of high pedagogical technologies can be examined as risks for the traditional system of education, however open the large field for creation for those, who develops them and applies in innovative an educational process.
