Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the complex study of epidemiological, clinically-pathogenetic, pathopsycological, biochemical, immunological, chemiluminescent, morphological peculiarities in psychic and behavioral disorders as a result of opioids' usage taking into account constitutionally-typological features of patients; to the development and adoption of discrete modules of primary, secondary and thirdly medico-social prophylaxis in patients with opioid dependence (OD). On this basis the method of the complex monitoring of epidemiology situation, the method of prognostication of distribution in population OD of different degrees of progredient, the method of authentication of risk groups, the method of the personal prognosis of duration of remission and estimation of relapse risk, the method of prognostication of pseudoabstinent syndrome, in the remission period in patients with OD were scientifically grounded and inculcated.
