In dissertation the scientifically-applied issue of the efficiency increase of the project management activity in situations of substantial changes is solved by a theoretical ground and development of methodological bases of value-oriented collaboration management in projects. An object is theoretical and methodological bases of the collaboration management in projects and programs. An subject is the terminological system, principles, models, methods and mechanisms of the value-oriented collaboration management in projects in situations of substantial changes in projects. The aim of work - to develop conceptual positions, methods and models that make basis of perspective methodology of the value-oriented collaboration management in projects as bases of the project management effective activity in situations of substantial changes. The basic scientific result is in development of theoretical and methodological positions of the project and program management due to addition of the terminological system in area of collaboration management in projects and of expansion of methodological bases due to worked out conceptual positions and methods of the value-oriented ma collaboration management in projects that in totality make perspective scientific direction.
