Essay

The conception of human dimensionality of reasons, consequences, and contradictions of globalization in education and the possibilities and limits of personality's self-realization, determined by this process in the globalizing world are given proof in the given research on the base of philosophical and educational reflection. .The anthropological knowledge has been used in the reflection of globalization changes in education. This made it possible to carry out the analysis of advantages and risks of globalization for a personality and the necessity of educational modernization which does possible personality's self-development and self-actualization in a new conditions. Education is considered from one side, as an essential manifestation of existential-world-view relation between a personality and world in which human subjectivity develops on the basis of values' education, from other side, human subjectivity is only the component of existential communication. The author examines the philosophical-ontological bases of educational changes in the conditions of globalization which is mutual development of objective and subjective factors. It is considered, from one side, as substantional description of world evolutional development, which objectively changes education by its modernization and influences on adaptation, personality's self-realization in the world. From other side, a personality, through participating in communication, including the educational one, together with other personalities does possible any sociality, creating intersubjective common world - from the level of interpersonal communication and to the level of global communication, when active personality's involvement in the processes of modernization can have different consequences, including global ones.
