The thesis is devoted to develop theoretical, methodological and scientific-practical principles of flow processes management in order to increase Ukraine's population medical provision availability and efficiency. Level logistics implementation had been first proposed. Definitions, content, goals, objectives and branch specifics of logistic management, macro-, meso- and micro logistics in pharmacy had been considered. The methodology of optimal warehouses area calculation had been developed. Scientific-practical approaches, organization-legal bases and methodological support of pharmaceutical waste management in conditions of quality management implementation had been justified. Current regulatory framework of logistic activity in pharmaceutical branch had been first investigated. The pharmaceutical clusters establishment and functioning methodology had been improved. Recycling logistics information support system in pharmacy had been first developed.
