Essay

The thesis highlights the comprehensive conceptual approach to the world view and ideological background for the development of general theory of technical, biological and social systems management. The formation of the theory affects the state and progress of the organizational and informational unity of the world community and its integrity. Management philosophy is viewed as a semantic field and major epistemological tool for investigating the problem, in the discourse of which there is the intense ideological confrontation of major paradigms: technocratism, ecohumanism and humanism. It serves the basis for the holistic world view and ideology of the dynamic equilibrium in management activity, and for the researcher's adequate organizational consciousness and cognitive culture. The mechanism of problem solving is proposed, which is at a higher level than specific management theories, generalized under the generic notion "general management theory". In this case the general management theory can substantiate: at a higher level - general laws and regularities; at a more specific, branch level - special laws and regularities; and, finally, at the empirical or experimental level - situational laws and regularities. The author's structure of the general management theory is provided.
