The thesis analyzes social and cultural context of the modern higher agricultural education in Ukraine, represents actualization and social and philosophical conceptualization of world-view forming potential of philosophical knowledge for future agrarians and distinguishes the necessity for awareness of a person's global responsibility for his or her actions defined by the spiritual value orientations. It is proved that a new trend in the sphere of the humanities is the propagation of the ideas of methodological comparativism, which is connected with awareness of the axiological factor's role, and it is also found that the appearing of the new methodological tools within the humanities is significantly associated with awareness of the comparative axiological analysis's potential. Basing on the comprehensive approach to the educational process in the country's higher agricultural establishments, the nature and mechanisms of world-view forming potential of philosophical knowledge are investigated that can ensure a successful training of responsible, creative and active young people in order to unite the nation and civilization on planetary-cosmic scale. The conceptual and methodological approaches to forming the identity's world-view of future agrarians by means of philosophy are substantiated and worked out that has formed the basis of pragmatic and instrumental concept of philosophy of agricultural education, the nature of which is the use of philosophical knowledge as the tools of ideological orientations of the individual, knowledge with pragmatic focus on the social and educational outcome - formation of the individual (a professional) of the future, who is able to ensure the survival of civilization and humanity. In the context of globalization issues and moral status change of a modern identity the matrix of semantic content of philosophical knowledge for future professionals of agricultural industries using the general laws of the universe is defined, the energy exchange, consciousness and spirituality constituting triune basis of human life. Basing on the analysis of the theory and practice of the educational process in higher agricultural establishments in Ukraine, the intellectual discourse of semantic content of philosophical knowledge is determined, which covers the philosophy of nature, anthropokosmism and philosophical energetism that significantly contribute to the development of the individual's axiological potential. In order to show the world-view range of philosophical energetism the mechanism of energy exchange in the system of relations "nature - max" is defined, the transformation vectors of forming the identity's outlook of future professionals in the national higher agricultural establishments are outlined, moral philosophy being a methodological benchmark of the modern educational space and value-normative outlook model of future experts in agricultural industries. Taking into account Ukraine's joining the Bologna educational process, the formal approach to social disciplines and the humanities in the specialized higher educational establishments and the urgent need for changes in the structure of philosophical knowledge in key areas and specialization of future professionals, as well as the results of the primary experiment, we worked out a new pragmatic and instrumentalistic concept of philosophy of education for national agricultural higher educational institutions. The functioning mechanism of the pragmatic and instrumentalistic concept of philosophy of education in agricultural universities is based on the ideological orientations of philosophical knowledge and above all it requires the integral methodological approach to the educational process and its pragmatic orientation that is the meaningful selection of philosophical knowledge, the development of axiological potential of the individual and the formation of planetary-cosmic world-view according to the human tasks and natural evolutionary processes. The algorithm for forming the identity of a future professional by means of philosophy is proposed to build on the following positions: "outlook", "values", "ethics", "activity", which generally involves achieving a further global goal - changing humanity 's lifestyles and preserving the civilization. The content, structure and course of the experimental study are specified by the analysis of theory and practice of the educational process in agricultural universities, as well as by the condition of methodological support for studying philosophical disciplines and by psychological readiness of both students and teachers for a new world-view. Experimental study of future agrarians covered preliminary, forming, forming and finishing, controlling stages of forming the ideological positions of a new type personality and it was logically completed by controlling the efficiency of formed humanistic orientation of the individual with the cosmic-planetary type of thinking while gaining professional competence. Basing on the experimental verification analysis of the efficiency of forming the personality's outlook in agricultural universities in Ukraine by means of philosophy , the scientific and methodological proposals for improving the content, methods and techniques of teaching, learning and training future professionals in the context of humanization, and humanitarization of education in Ukraine are suggested. The guidelines for rational use of educational and training potential of philosophical knowledge in national agricultural higher educational institutions primarily consist in improving the curricula by means of expanding philosophical subjects at the expense of the optional part, specialized courses and elective classes, as well as in selecting the semantic content of teaching material taking into account a future profession and specialization, and also in obligatory turning of the educational process in the agricultural universities to the forming environmental consciousness of the human of future with value worldview orientations. The thesis states that the current period of national society development, marked by the globalization processes and urgent need for solving the problems of human survival and preservation of civilization demands a new pragmatic and instrumentalistic concept of philosophy of education to train future agrarians with a focus on the social and educational results, the concept which lies in forming the personality of a new type with practical planetary-cosmic thinking and contemporary world-view attitudes of moral and ethical character.
