Risk factors of relapsing disease course and Chronic Kidney Failure were identified in 1459 nephrotic children with 60 months follow up period during years 1980-2011. The disease pathomorphosis was found in years 2001-2011 compared to previous twenty years. New approach to the investigations the renal function and hemodynamic (including the tests of creatininuria, ?2-microglobulinuria, urinary renospecific enzymes activity, dynamic and static renoscintigraphy results) was created. The multimarker parallel cascade system for prediction unfavorable disease course was created.
