Skvorets V. People Living Arrangement: Socio-philosophical Analysis.

The objects are theoretical models of the phenomenon of people living arrangement. The aim is comprehension and conceptualization of theoretical models of people living arrangement and exposure of basic determinants of development optimization of Ukrainian people living arrangement. The methods are dialectical, system analysis, historical analysis, civilization analysis, institutional analysis. The dissertation is devoted to the socio-philosophical analysis of the phenomenon of people living arrangement that provides reproduction and development of the social organism of the country. Being an attribute of the social organism of the country, people living arrangement changes and develops with it, which is manifested in the trends of changes in the major reproductive processes that are structure forming for the systems of the social organism of the country. Systemic crisis of Ukrainian society during the transition from Soviet to post-Soviet epoch was caused be ignoring the ruling circles and government of the phenomenon of people living arrangement. Overcoming this systemic crisis requires choosing a way of development of Ukraine, which relies on the people living arrangement. The application spheres are the programs of social development and training courses.
