Karaman O. Theory and Methodology of Social and Pedagogical Work with Juvenile Criminals in Penitentiary Establishments of Ukraine

Object: social and pedagogical work with juvenile criminals in penitentiary establishments of Ukraine; objective: to substantiate, to elaborate and to experimentally verify the theoretic and methodological conditions of the system of social and pedagogical work with juvenile criminals in penitentiary establishments of Ukraine, that is aimed at their resocialization; methods: analysis and generalization of scientific literature, modeling, prediction, observation, questioning, expert evaluation and self-evaluation, testing, sociometric research, social and pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics; novelty: theoretic and methodological conditions of the system of social and pedagogical work with juvenile criminals in penitentiary establishments of Ukraine have been justified; results: scientific and methodological complex of social and pedagogical work with juvenile criminals in penitentiary establishments has been elaborated, the criteria basis of the determination of the level of the resocialization of juvenile criminals and that of the level of readiness of the personnel to work with them has been developed; branch: social pedagogy
