Kuzmenko Y. Morphogenesis of the kidney under the influence of the endogenous and exogenous factors in the experiment

The dissertation is devoted to the study of orhanometric and structural features of the structure of the kidney in postnatal ontogenesis, under the action of endogenous factors (deficiency of thyroid hormone) under the influence of hormone replacement therapy, with exogenous factor (methyl tertiary-butil ether). With the complex of modern morphological methods defined features morpho-functional changes in the kidney in age aspect, patterns of adjustment in the dynamics of congenital and acquired (postoperative) hypothyriosis. The possible ways feasibility of combined application of corrective drug L-thyroxine and calcitonin against congenital and acquired hypothyriosis. The estimates of the sensitivity of the kidney to the action of methyl tertiary-butil ether, which clearly shows phasic changes and dependence of their expression on the validity of this substance.
