Essay

Object: The adaptation mechanisms of the respiratory system to intense muscular activity of various kinds. Objective: research of regulatory mechanisms underlying the physiological reactivity optimization of the respiratory system during adaptation to high intensity muscular activity and justification of approaches to self-correcting process of increasing the maximum capabilities of the organism. Methods: The methods for studies of the physiological reactivity and mobilization function and energy of the organism in terms of gas exchange, respiratory, central hemodynamics by the action of hypercapnic and hypoxic stimulу breathing at rest and during physical loads of different nature, the assessment of heart rate variability and psychophysiological functions, methods mathematical statistics. Rezultaty. It is shown that the optimization of reaction for the respiratory system loads depended on individual sensitivity of respiratory reaction to CO2-H+-stimulus and was to provide the optimum ratio of tidal volume and respiratory rate during the formation of pulmonary ventilation levels required for energy metabolism depending on the nature muscle activity. Novelty: The characteristics of neurohormonal mechanisms of regulation of the respiratory system underlying the optimization of the reactive properties of the respiratory system during adaptation to intense muscular activity. Formed and proved the concept, which considers the adaptation of athletes for intense muscular activity in organic connection with the optimization of physiological reactivity of the respiratory system. Application areas: human physiology and medicine.
