Essay

The author analyzes the theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of the place and role of man in the formation of civil society in general, on which defined the conditions necessary for its effective development in Ukraine. It is shown that the freedom and responsibility of man is the basis for the formation of civic culture of personality, which determines the degree of social influence (participation) society and the state in this process. Grounded role of the educational process in the formation of civic culture and personality proposed principles of education in educational institutions.
