Materials of the dissertation are devoted to the development and improvement of methods of diagnosis of liver and urinary tract diseases, hepato-renal syndrome at domestic dogs and cats becouse of study of symptoms, functional status, and ultrasonographic characteristics of the liver and kidneys in clinically healthy and sick animals. Experimentally and theoretically proved the pathogenesis of monopatology of liver and kidney, and its combined cours, the effectiveness of the treatment of sick animals at hepatorenal syndrome. Based on the results of comprehensive clinical, instrumental, laboratory and morphological studies of sick dogs and cats experimentally proved the diagnostic criteria of specific liver and urinary tract diseases at dogs and cats. Established more severe disease in cats. The main links of pathogenesis of monopatology of liver and kidneys and its corralation to the concept of polymorbidity are find out. Firstly the pathogenesis of hepatic-renal syndrome is experimentally and theoretically prosed, its ultrasonography and metabolic characteristics are defined. According to the obtained datas treatment regimen of dogs and cats at hepato-renal syndrome is clinically, theoretically and experimentally developed and proved. Demonstrated the efficacy of the treatment regimen, which includes etiotropic drugs, hepato-and nefroprotectores, painkillers, rehydrational, anti-inflammatory, diuretic and vitamine drugs at liver-kidney syndrome at domestic dogs and cats.
