Essay

The thesis is related to the study of regularities of structural organization of pituitary-hypothalamic system in postnatal period of ontogenesis in 105 rats. It is proved that these changes are closely correlated with growth and sexual maturation of animals. For the first time based on the results of comprehensive analysis of the morphofunctional changes in the pituitary-hypothalamic system at experimental diabetes (372 rats) it became possible to develop the concept of pathomorphogenesis of diabetic neuroendocrinopathies that involves the specification of gradual stages, depending on the age of animals and the severity of disease.
