Essay

Research is devoted to determination of the cryopreserved placenta impact on the structural and functional features of the stomach wall in acute experimental inflammation. Certainly, that introduction to the experimental animals ?-karaginen causes in structural components of stomach’s walls morphofunctional changes which have phasic character show up alteration, exudation and regeneration and answer the basic pathomorphological displays of acute gastritis. It is set that introduction of preparation «Platex-placental» (pPP) substantially does not influence on structural components of stomach’swall, and morphofunctional changes of components of gastric wall are in the groups of animals, which acute inflammation was designed and which on a background acute experimental inflammation entered pPP is onedirecty, but less shown in the group of rats which on a background acute experimental gastritis entered pPP. The obtained results prove the feasibility of finding new, complex methods of stomach mucosa’s inflammatory diseases treatment with the use of drugs of cryopreserved placenta, and taking into account specific features of the structural changes of individual elements of the stomach to ensure the full functioning of the gastrointestinal tract in general..
