Essay

The thesis is devoted to the epizootological, research and experimental substantiation of the development and testing of disinfectants with a wide spectrum of bactericidal properties, to the assessing the effectiveness of disinfectants bactericidal properties for mycobacteria, to the improvement of methods of control disinfectants and disinfection in livestock facilities in the system of veterinary and sanitary measures. It has been found that TB infection in many countries of the world has clinical display. In Ukraine for the period from 2007 to 2012, troubles concerning tuberculosis points were found in 12 areas. At that, the incidence of TB in cattle respectively decreased from 206.4 to 13.4 animals per 100 thousand heads. The index of epizootic situation is 1. From biomaterial samples from animals reacting to tuberculin, by cultural method of research there were isolated 816 cultures of mycobacteria, including identified M. tuberculosis, M. bovis, M. avium, atypical mycobacteria. There has been created a formulation of disinfectants 'DZPT 2' and 'FAG'. The technology of their manufacture and methods of use have been developed. It has been proved experimentally that the designed disinfectants have tuberculocidal, bactericidal, virulicidal, fungicidal and dezinvazive properties. Their physical-chemical and toxicological properties have been studied. Preclinical and clinical trials of new disinfectants have been carried out. The efficiency of the use of disinfectants for prophylactic and forced disinfection at animal tuberculosis has been proved. Additional ways to control the use of disinfectants, tuberculinization of laboratory animals and processing of biomaterial for cultural research on tuberculosis have been developed. In comparative aspect, there have been determined antibacterial properties to mycobacteria of 71 disinfectants from different chemical groups of foreign and domestic production. Among the tested disinfectants there were selected 29 drugs that are promising for use at TB infection. Using electronic-microscopic researches there has been studied ultrastructure of mycobacteria in norm and under the action of disinfectants from various chemical groups in bactericidal concentration. By the coefficient of relative stability there was defined level of resistance of different types of mycobacteria to disinfectants.
