The author developed and scientifically based the concept of preparation of future nursery school teachers to the organization of communicative and speech activities of preschool children, covering methodological, theoretical and technological concepts; theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested pedagogical conditions for the training of teachers to organize communicative and speech activities of preschool children. The concept of readiness to organize communicative and speech activities of preschool children is defined. Specifics of professional activities of nursery school teachers are disclosed. The structure of personality developing professional and speech communication of a teacher with children as a communicative factor in communicative and speech development of children is theoretically substantiated. Functions and special principles of organization are defined. Types of professional and speech skills are classified. The concept of communicative and speech activities of preschool children is clarified. The criteria and their parameters are defined. The author determined the levels of readiness of future nursery school teachers to organize communicative and speech activities of preschool children. The model and experimental methods for preparation of future nursery school teachers to organize communicative and speech activities of preschool children are worked out.
