Kyrydon P. Party-State nomenclature of Ukrainian SSR 1945 - 1964: institutionalization and functioning

The system analysis of institutionalization and functioning of administrative groups on various sites of the political system: in communist Party of Ukraine, in soviet and governmental structures, trade-union and komsomol organizations, at the level of public associations is carried out on the basis of a wide range of sources and existent historiography. Features of personnel policy of the authorities, the party-state construction and activity of the ruling nomenclature in the conditions of post-war transformation of the public relations are investigated. Methods of selection, training and arrangement of leading employees are critically comprehended, typological characteristics of workers of hardware forms are defined and the system of privileges by which managers were allocated is shown.
