The goal of research - in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, sarcoidosis, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis increase the effectiveness of the treatment of diseases by application of drugs with anti-inflammatory and antifibrotic action based on the results of experimental study and the use of improved tactical approaches to a process for the management of patients in view of the morpho-functional parameters of lung and system values of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines.
