A monograph «Oak bark» is developed and included in the SPU. A comprehensive study was aimed at creating a standardized national substance of natural origin – DOBE. Based on the physico-chemical, technological, biopharmaceutical, biological studies theoretically and experimentally composition and rational technology of ointments «Biotanin», «Biofloryn» bactericidal plaster of DOBE and medical pad «Algikord» are developed intended for the treatment of wounds, inflammatory diseases, skin burns middle scale. Methods of quality controls are developed; stability and pharmacological activity are studied. A physico-chemical, technological and biopharmaceutical research experimental designs ointments, plaster and medical pad are developed.
