The thesis presents a substantive, elaborated and experimental checked model of pedagogical education of masters of Non-pedagogical Higher Educational Establishments. Basic concepts of the research modern condition of pedagogical education of masters of Non-pedagogical Higher Educational Establishments, foreign experience of pedagogical education of future specialists within the magistracy of Non-pedagogical Higher Educational Establishments and analyzed. The components of pedagogical competence of a master of Non-pedagogical Higher Educational Establishments are substantiated. The Model of pedagogical education and technology of its realization within the magistracy of a Higher Educational Establishments are offered. Structural and logical scheme of the essence of pedagogical education of masters of Non-pedagogical Higher Educational Establishments is suggested. Organizing and methodical principles and the criteria of pedagogical education effectiveness of masters of Non-pedagogical Higher Educational Establishments are worked out. Investigated by simulation and advanced models of teacher education future masters higher education non-teaching profile.
