The thesis represents the results of research of theoretic and methodological bases of aggregate innovation and investment activity of industrial enterprises in the system of ensuring of economic security of state. The essence and hierarchy of economic security are defined, the meanings of notions economic security of state, system of ensuring of economic of state and innovation and investment activity of industrial enterprises are revealed. Tendencies of aggregate innovation and investment activity of industrial enterprises of Ukraine are revealed.
