Essay

This thesis deals with the study of the issue of monitoring system for education activity quality of a general education institution. The thesis defines theoretical and methodological background of monitoring of education activity quality of a general education institution, reveals the essence of the concepts "education quality", "quality of educational activity", "monitoring system for education activity quality of a general education institution". The analysis of scientific views and experience of education quality monitoring in neighboring countries and beyond is represented. We theoretically grounded structural and functional features of activity of a general educational institution as a social and pedagogical system, components of an assessment system for quality management of educational activities of a general educational institution, expediency of using a factor and criteria model for assessment of the organizational activity of a general education institution; characterized components of professional competence of a teacher as one of the components of monitoring of quality management of educational activity of a general educational institution and managerial culture of an administrator as a basis for the quality assurance of educational activity of the institution. This thesis reveals functional responsibilities of an administrator of a general education institution, main criteria and components of managerial culture and communicative competence of an administrator and teacher within the context of all-European educational environment.The developed conceptual model of the monitoring system for education activity quality of a general education institution hypothetically reflects effectiveness of conceptual frameworks of monitoring of education activity quality and represents a basis for developing a basic model of a regional program "Monitoring of education activity quality of general education institutions of Zaporizhzhia Region".
