The chronic renocardiac syndrome was investigated. From the standpoint of new systematic approach was investigated structural and functional,cardiovascular,cytokines, lipid and cell membrane mechanisms of its formation. On the basis of profound study of endothelial function change occuring against the background of lipid membranes content disturbance, cytokine profile correlation activity of damaging mechanism provided the data onindicatorsof heart failure progressionat chronic kidney diseaseand differential antyhypertensive therapy prescription.
