Zastavetska L. Resettlement systems and geospatial aspects of improving of the administrative-territorial structure of Ukraine.

Thesis is devoted to theoretical and methodological bases of research of resettlement systems, their formation and development. Basic theories, concepts and conceptions of the study of resettlement systems as a major form of human settlements have been analyzed. Resettlement systems as the basic subjects of management have been considered. Stages of regional resettlement systems (nucleation – formation – mature functioning – transformation – revival on a qualitatively new basis) have been established. Methodological approaches to socio-geographical study of territorial resettlement systems, especially the delimitation of their boundaries to study the structure of systems and their operation, classification and characterization of systems have been revealed.
