Dzhusov O. Managing the process of investing at international stocks’ market.

The thesis is devoted to the theoretical and practical aspects of the investment process at international stocks’ market in a globalizing world economy, the development of new investments methods and improvement of famous ones in order to maximize profits. It has been considered and analyzed current views on the nature of the stock market and existing models of stock prices predicting. The main weaknesses of models based on the fundamental parameters of companies have been detected. The dynamics of stock markets in developed and BRICS’ countries for the period from the beginning of the century to 2012 has been studied. It has been shown that during the boom economy the growth rate of the stock markets of BRICS countries is significantly higher than the one of stock market indices of developed countries. Exploring the current state of the stock market and the prospects for its development led to the conclusion that the stock market of Ukraine after the recent crisis is developing quite slowly yet but it has a significant growth potential. It has been studied and analyzed the existing methods of market prices predicting by using the graphic formations. The method of removing the main drawbacks of this method – the subjectivity has been proposed by using the divergences of technical indicators and price charts together with J. Bollinger bands.
