Essay

The thesis colligates theory and practice of training future Mathematics and Sciences teachers in higher educational establishments of Hungary. Basic principles of the Hungarian higher school transition to stepwise training system are introduced; the implementation of transparent and comparative training system is characterized, namely: development of a national qualifications framework, the transition to a credit-modular system and introduction of the Diploma Supplement; the essence, aims, objectives, and conditions for academic mobility are exposed; the education quality avouchment system is described.
