The thesis presents theoretical generalization solving scientific problems of professional competence sotsiokomunikatyvnoyi heads of secondary schools as part of his professional competence in post-graduate education, clarified the basic concepts in the concept of research and scientific approaches. The structure and nature of professional competence sotsiokomunikatyvnoyi heads of secondary schools, criteria, indicators and levels of development. The concept of development (leading idea of the study , the purpose , objectives, conceptual and scientific principles of postgraduate education) and developed structural-component model of professional competence sotsiokomunikatyvnoyi heads of educational institution in post-graduate education, which includes components (axiological, cognitive, action-technological, professional), components (normative conceptual, content-functional, procedural and technological, reflective and diagnostic) and pedagogical conditions as leverage to ensure continuous (permanent) training. Defined semantic software development professional competence sotsiokomunikatyvnoyi heads of educational institution in post-graduate education. The proposed research and practical guidelines promising areas of professional competence sotsiokomunikatyvnoyi heads of educational institution in post-graduate education. Based on the competency approach the essence of professional competence heads of the educational institution, which includes the ability of managers to different types of communication and the development of its social role to establish and maintain the necessary contacts with the participants of the educational process, including parents and representatives of business organizations, public organizations, political parties and others.
