The dissertation is carried out first in the Ukrainian social and philosophical science attempt at a comprehensive study of church-state relations as structuring the authorities and society in European philosophy. Clarified the relationship of church-state and power-public relations in the context of their impact on the implementation of individual freedoms, civil society formation and social modernization. Considered state-church relations in terms of their improvement as a priority area authorities, civil society, democratic and legal state.
