Essay

The theoretical generalization and the new decision of actual problem - relapse danger clinical situations (RDCS) remission period with alcohol dependence (AD). The mechanism has been studied of systemic interactions RDCS, AD pathogenesis of relapse in remission varying quality. It was established that the basis of "gratuitous" failures remission (absence of clinical signs AD) in most cases is the preservation of AD as a disease at the kernel level of the individual. Established the potential of various therapeutic approaches and developed a comprehensive system of reasonable pathogenetic therapy and rehabilitation "Temperance formula", thus significantly improve the results of treatment of patients with AD.
