The thesis is devoted to the complex research of socio-economic and ethno-cultural processes in the Ukrainian village during the 1929-1939th, which led to the destruction of traditional agrarian relations, inhibition processes of state building, deformations in the spiritual realm. The essence and principles of the agrarian policy of the Soviet regime, reproduced mechanism, methods and consequences of its implementation in Ukraine and disclosed influence on the socio-political and socio-legal status of the Ukrainian peasantry. Clarified the specifics of political repressions against the Ukrainian peasantry, causes and conditions of his deportation in the 1930th and discloses a process of intensive destruction farmstead settlement structure of Ukraine. The ways of formation of the production sphere and intellectual professional security Ukrainian village. Revealed manifestations and predictors of strain in the national, cultural and spiritual life of the rural population in Ukraine because of their centralization and unification within a unitary state.
