Essay

The thesis is devoted to creation of new combined medicine in the form of rectal suppositories based on natural raw materials with immunomodulating, antiviral and antibacterial action for use in pediatrics. On the basis of the results of physical, chemical, pharmaco-technological, biopharmaceutical, microbiological and pharmacological researches composition and rational technology of suppositories under conditional nave “Imunosol”, which contain thick licorice extract and essential oils of chamomile and tea tree, were developed. Methods of standardization of the developed medicine and conditions of its storage were offered. Pharmacological and microbiological studies have established antiviral, immunomodulating and antimicrobial effects of the medicine.
