Bobritskaya L. Scientific - practical reasoning technology of solid dosage forms with antibacterial and antiviral actions.

The thesis is devoted to theoretical and experimental substantiation of methodological approaches to the development of composition, technology, and standardization of solid medicines for the treatment of common infectious and inflammatory diseases, based on the use of biologically active substances valacyclovir and ornidazole and combination ornidazole with herbal substance Flamin. Based on the results of physical, chemical, pharmacotechnologic and microbiological research and using methods of mathematical planning of the experiment it was proved composition and industrial technology of tablet «Herpeval - 500» with valaciclovir and «Meradazol» with ornidazole and capsule with combined composition – «Meraflam» which intended for the treatment of herpes virus infection, trichomoniasis, bacterial vaginosis, amebiasis, giardiasis and combined infectious and inflammatory diseases (mixed infections ) in humans. To increase the effectiveness of treatment of listed above diseases it is recommended combined therapy using anti-inflammatory drugs, antibiotics, and drugs that exhibit immunomodulating effect. It was investigated the properties of developed drugs, and proposed methods to control their quality, defined conditions and term of shelf life. It was developed and approved the necessary regulatory and technical documentation. Technology of «Herpeval – 500» and «Meradazol» introduced in industrial production of «Phytofarm» (Artemivsk).
