Balaklytsky M. Evolution of Protestant journalism in Ukraine: origin and current state

Dissertation is devoted to researching of peculiarities of denominational journalism in the context of mediatization theory. The thesis observes the theoretical and methodological ground of mediatization of religion in contemporary Ukraine, defines the organizational aspects of Protestant journalism, singles out the peculiar features and objectives of Protestant media, analyzes social issues of this media as a mirroring of civil stand of journalists. The author proposes the algorithm of studying of mediatizing processes in different spheres of social life, determines the influence of religious media and specifes the prospects of religious communication in Ukraine in the context of overall journalistic process.
