Essay

The thesis deals with the up-to-date solution of an urgent scientific problem –to determine peculiarities of vessels reformation of the abdominal cavity organs in dynamics of acute small – intestinal obstruction and after its correction. At early stages of the obstruction modelling vessels of small intestine and spleen respond to partial reduction of resistance and increasing their capacity. At the distant terms resistance of their vessels increases and capacity decreases. From the very outset the reaction of hepatic and renal arteries is characterized by progressive vasoconstriction. At early terms the decrease of hepatic arterial flow occurs on the background of portal perfusion intensity. Reformation of organ hepatic flow is somewhat delayed. Restoration of digestive tract patency after its preceding occlusion doesn’t cause the improvement of blood circulation in the organs of abdominal cavity at first; disorders revealed before on the contrary become somewhat more profound. New method of phased restoration of intestine patency has been suggested. Moderation of passage contents and smooth restoration of intestine parameters herein allows to avoid marked manifestations of reperfusion syndrome owing to gradual restoration of organs blood circulation.
